CREAMY FARMHOUSE BEEF & BARLEY SOUP
Ingredients
1 pkg. Farmhouse Vegetable Barley Soup Mix
1 lb. (.454 kg) lean ground beef
8 cups beef broth
1 cup half and half or ½ cup whipping cream
Instructions
In a large soup pot, brown ground beef and drain any liquid. Add
Farmhouse Vegetable Barley Soup Mix bring to a low boil. Reduce heat,
cover and simmer for 40 minutes. In the last 10 minutes of cooking add
cream.
